Working in a fast-paced environment where no 2 days are the same. You will be speaking to potential customers and talking them through our unique offerings, providing quotes and world class customer service to ensure our customers receive the love the deserve!Employing over 10,000 people, the group supplies a diverse customer base, which includes, independent pubs, restaurants and hotels, schools, hospitals, contract caterers and well-known national chains. Brakes Group operates as an equal opportunities employer and we welcome all applications regardless of gender, marital status, sexual orientation, pregnancy, race, colour, ethnic origin, nationalityWhat you will be doing:Customer orientated with a professional telephone mannerDealing with incoming calls; advise customers on productsProcessing sales orders on a bespoke windows-based systemPrepare system quotations, source products if not stocked & follow up as requiredLiaise with external sales teamsBuild business relationship with internal/ external customersLiaise with customers on delivery re-scheduling and re-sourcing if requiredMaintain and monitor quotation and lead filesContribute to the sales growth through both existing and prospect customersDealing with a variety of customer service enquires and reporting of service callsAbout You:You'll live and breathe Customer First, with an innovative and agile approach.
