We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Intern to assist our technical team in providing day-to-day IT services and support. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‐on experience in troubleshooting, system management, and end‐user support within a fast‐paced IT environment.
Assisted the IT team with daily technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Supported the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Helped in monitoring system performance and network connectivity.
Learned to manage user accounts, access rights, and security protocols.
Assisted in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Documented IT incidents and created knowledge base entries.
Supported IT audits and compliance checks.
Helped configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Assisted in cloud‐based system setups (Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.).
Collaborated with senior IT staff on live projects.
Learned best practices in cybersecurity awareness and monitoring.
Supported team with backups, recovery, and storage solutions.
Participated in IT asset inventory management.
Resolved Level 1 service desk tickets under supervision.
Gained exposure to ITIL‐based support processes.
