Key Responsibilities

Support the Senior Sous Chef and Executive Head Chef in the day‐to‐day running of the kitchen

Lead a section and ensure consistent delivery of high‐quality dishes

Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness

Support and guide junior chefs, ensuring development and consistency

Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and COSHH regulations

Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste

Contribute ideas to menus and daily specials

Ensure smooth service during busy periods, maintaining calm and organisation

Person Specification

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar level within a quality kitchen

Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen standards

Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and high‐quality food

Have multiple AA Rosette Cooking Experience or similar standard

Good leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team

Calm under pressure with strong organisational skills

Willingness to learn, develop, and progress within the kitchen
