My client is based in Bardney, Lincoln requires a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver to join their busy chemical warehousing plant.The role is paying £13.74 per hour and shifts are 08:00am to finish. Candidates should be flexible to work over 8 hours per day.The client specialises in Chemical Transport - Nationwide. This is their very busy seasonal uplift and the we envisage the work to be for 1 month and could extend beyond.Key Responsibilities

Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.Operating forklift trucks to move stock around the siteLoading and unloading deliveries from lorries or containersStacking and storing goods in the correct warehouse locationsChecking loads are secure and safely handledPerforming daily equipment checks and reporting faultsKeeping accurate records of stock movements (sometimes using computer systems)Following health and safety regulations at all timesAssisting with general warehouse duties when requiredSkills & RequirementsValid Counterbalnce FLT licence/certificationGood understanding of warehouse operationsStrong attention to safety and detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic numeracy and literacy skillsPhysical fitness (some lifting may be required)AN FLT Bendi License would be a real asset, but not mandatory.The candidate must have their own transport to site due to the location.
