OverviewMillions of people rely on BT every day to help them live their lives, power their businesses, and keep public services running. As a Business Explorer, AI Champion Graduate , you will rotate through units such as Transformation, Data Insights, Commercial and Customer Experience, helping colleagues work safely and smartly with data and generative AI. You will learn data literacy, responsible AI and lead practical AI‐enabled change for our customers and teams.

Learn Job Specific SkillsAs part of the programme you will pursue the Data & AI – Accredited Learning Level 3 Pathway, obtaining a nationally recognised qualification covering:

GenAI in practice

Data Engineering & Analytics

Automation basics

Responsible & ethical AI

Change management

Day‐to‐Day ResponsibilitiesYou will rotate across key areas and champion AI adoption to make a business impact and increase customer satisfaction:

Customer Experience – work with customer service or sales teams to understand operational challenges and opportunities.

Commercial Products – work in product or bid teams to understand how a company works and how to create value.

Transformation Programmes – work in project design and delivery teams to see how improvements are implemented.

Entry RequirementsOn target for or achieved a 2.2 in any subject. Applicants must have full UK right to work for the duration of the scheme, and must have been ordinarily resident in the UK or EEA for at least the 3 years immediately preceding the start of the apprenticeship. Sponsorship is not offered.
