Have worked with people with autism, learning impairments, and/or mental health problems in the past

A full UK driver's license

You need to be able to drive your own car

Good communication and people skills

Can work alone and with others

Kind, patient, and dependable

The right to work in the UK

Wantable – Health and Social Care Qualifications UK

A Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or working toward it)

Experience in home care or supported living

Understanding of how to support good behaviour
