Care Assistants – Join Our Basildon Team!At Guardian Homecare (Part of the CCH Group), every day is different—and every day gives you the chance to do meaningful, rewarding work that truly changes people's lives.We are looking for Care Professionals to join our supportive Basildon branch team , providing high-quality care to clients across the local area.Note: Access to a vehicle is required due to the geographical nature of the role.Competitive Pay: Starting from £12.21 - £12.75 per hour (Depending on the shift)Paid Training: All induction and ongoing training is fully paid.Stability: Be part of the UK's largest home care provider.We offer shifts to suit your lifestyle, including:Morning shifts: 7:00/8:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PMEvening shifts: 3:00/4:00 PM – 10:00 PMSleep-in / Waking nights: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AMFull-time, part-time, weekdays, and weekends available.Job Description What You'll Be Doing Day to DayAs a Care Professional, you'll help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes:Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence support.Medication Support: Helping clients manage their prescriptions safely.Meal Preparation: Assisting with cooking and nutrition.Practical Tasks: Shopping and light housekeeping (laundry, tidying).Companionship: Providing vital emotional support and a friendly face.Care Planning: Following personalised plans designed to promote dignity and independence.Qualifications What You'll NeedYou don't need care experience—just the passion to help others.
