Job Title: Graduate Lettings Negotiator

Location: Richmond

Brand : Chancellors

Salary :OTE: of up to £35,000.00 per annum

Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:45am - 6pm, Fridays from 8:45am - 5:30pm. Please note, that you will be required to work every other Saturday from 10am - 3pm.

Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Graduate Lettings Negotiator. This a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the property industry with full training and support provided.

Duties will include:

Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client serviceIdentify client requirements and match those to our property portfolioHave a polite and confident telephone manner and be able to communicate details effectivelyManage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levelsAttend all training courses relevant to your role to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance

Skills required:

Have previous sales and customer service experience – previous Estate Agency experience is not essential as all training will be providedBe target driven and tenaciousBe able to work effectively within a teamBe motivated and enthusiastic at all timesDisplay high standards of service and presentationHave good organisational skillsHave a drive to be the top of every league tableBe a car owner with a full driving licenseBe insured for business useHave the legal right to work in the UK
