Location: Colchester

Salary: £24,570 (pro‐rata) + Generous Quarterly Bonus with earning potential of up to £28,570 (pro‐rata)

Hours: Flexible part‐time hours between 8am–6pm, core 10am–2pm, occasional Saturdays.

Support customers over phone & email — customer service experience is essential

Training & Working PatternStart date: 5th May 2026

Training: 3 weeks, office‐based, 9:30am–3pm (5th–22nd May)

Office-based initially, with hybrid working (1–2 days WFH depending on hours) once competent
