Visiting our customers in their homes across North West and West London and the surrounding areas, you'll be providing technical solutions to their problems, fixing their appliances and providing a great customer experience.We're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, well organised and have great customer service skills. You'll also need good problem-solving ability, to build effective technical fault finding and diagnostic skills. Regardless of your background, our City and Guilds assured in-house training and field-based mentoring has been designed to get you ready for success.You'll need a full, valid driving licence and the ability to lift & manoeuvre heavy objects and work in restricted spaces, regularly engaging hand dexterity.
