Entry Level Sales Assistant

Job description

If you're competitive, people-focused, and motivated by progress, this could be the opportunity that gets you moving.

At Apex, success starts with energy and attitude. This Entry Level Sales Assistant role is designed for individuals who enjoy being part of a team, working towards clear goals, and seeing the direct impact of their effort. If you've played sport, worked in a fast-paced environment, or simply thrive on personal growth, you'll feel right at home here.

You'll be representing live campaigns in public-facing settings, engaging people face-to-face and helping transform interest into meaningful action. It's hands‐on, interactive, and built around communication and confidence — with full training provided from day one.

What You'll Be DoingYou'll work within busy retail‐style and event environments where conversations happen naturally.

On a typical day, you'll:

Approach and engage individuals in a friendly, professional manner

Start genuine conversations and quickly build rapport

Explain the purpose and impact behind the campaign you're representing

Help people understand how their support contributes to long‐term initiatives

Guide interested individuals through the next steps clearly and transparently

Contribute to daily team goals and performance targets

This is not about hard selling. It's about confidence, clarity, and connecting with people in a way that feels authentic. Every interaction should leave a positive impression — whether someone chooses to get involved or not.

You'll also be part of a high‐energy team culture. Daily briefings, shared targets, and ongoing feedback are part of the rhythm. Some days may involve different locations or supporting campaign set‐up, keeping the role varied and active.

Training & ProgressionThis is a true entry‐level opportunity with structured development.

You'll receive:

Ongoing coaching and performance feedback

Personal development workshops

Clear progression pathways into senior sales, team leadership, and campaign management

High performers are recognised and given responsibility quickly.

What We Offer

Full training from day one

A team‐driven, supportive working environment

Clear progression opportunities

Real‐world communication and leadership skill development

Who This Role SuitsThis position is ideal for individuals who:

Enjoy working towards targets

Thrive in team environments

Have a competitive or sports‐oriented mindset

Are confident communicators (or ready to become one)

Want to build transferable skills in sales and leadership

Experience in sport, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service can be helpful — but mindset and work ethic matter more than background.

Application ProcessShortlisted applicants will be contacted to discuss the role in more detail. You'll receive a full overview of campaign expectations, team structure, and earning potential before moving to the next stage.
