Seasonal Retail Assistant - CasualLocation: Grafham Water Fishing LodgeSeasonal 0 hour contract£12.60 per hour (Rising from 1st April)Your next opportunity is just a cast awayAre you passionate about fly fishing and love being on your feet?Join the Grafham Water Team as a Seasonal Retail Assistant - Casual!Based at our picturesque Grafham Water Fishing Lodge, you'll be the friendly face supporting our customers, serving anglers, and delighting park visitors. Either working in a team or working independently, no two days are the same!What You'll Do:Operate the till and our web-based booking system

Handle telephone calls and cash transactions

Perform administrative tasks

Manage day-to-day stock

Issue season tickets and handle boat hires

Perform boat admin tasks

Deliver outstanding customer service

What You Need to Shine:Excellent customer service skill

Great communication and social skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Flexibility and eagerness to learn

Availability to work weekends and shifts

Knowledge or experience in fly fishing is a big plus, but not a deal-breaker! If you have excellent customer service skills, we can teach you the fishing ropes.
