DescriptionPlease note that Bath Spa Graduate Scheme roles are only open to former Bath Spa students who graduated in 2025 or who will be graduating in 2026. About the RoleAs a core member of the HR department, you will take responsibility for supporting both non-academic and academic staff, which in turn plays a vital role in supporting our students. You will undertake projects and run events to support the wider strategic objectives of the HR department. In a vibrant and fast paced environment, you will be passionate about providing a smooth full HR service, which encompasses the employee life cycle, from issuing contracts to new starters, supporting staff wellbeing and development activities, and acting as an important point of contact for HR enquiries. (This is an 18 Month Full Time Fixed Term Role)

Key Responsibilities and Skills

Communicate confidently with all levels of stakeholders across the University.

Build relationships quickly and effectively, whilst being flexible and pro-active.

Maintain accurate, high-quality confidential information and data.

Use IT systems and software, with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft applications.

Excellent organisational skills and manage multiple tasks effectively when working to competing deadlines.

Maintain effective working relationships with people at all levels.

Excellent attention to detail.

Work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Experience using a variety of IT applications.

Recent administrative experience covering a wide range of activities.

Recent experience in a customer facing role.
