Maximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.at least 6 months of road experience on Class 1 is a must have24-7 Recruitment Services, acting as an Employment Business, are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 drivers on behalf of our client for a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain, a major retailer based in KetteringOur customers require deliveries during the day, shifts are expected to start between 05:00-06:00; Shift lengths will be governed by needs, capacity and schedules, meaning that drivers will need to have some flexibility with shift starting and finishing times. Shift lengths do vary, but you are expected to comply with all Tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations at all times.HGV Class 1 driver will require:Hold a valid Class 1 / C+E LicenseNo more than 6 points (No DD's, DR's, TT's or IN's)Hold valid Tacho and CPC cardsDriver will be required to drive class 2 vehicle when/if requiredAssessment to be completed with 2-day induction and training prior startHGV Class 1 driver work will involve:Working for one of the fastest-growing businesses, our client offers new modern trucks and continuity of xbpsjku workLong-term ongoing positionImmediate start availableAdHoc and full week shifts are available Available shift patterns are:Start times between 05:00 – 06:00Monday to Friday5 x drops per shiftHGV Class 1 driver will receive:PAYE ratesDays £ 15.22 per hour
