International Recruitment Manager (Football & Education) - £30K + CommissionThe OpportunityAre you a high-energy junior sales professional looking to take your career global? We are seeking a hard working and ambitious sales orientated recruitment manager for a fantastic opportunity.You will be responsible for driving international student enrollment for a premier dual-pathway program. A leading UK Boarding School is partnering with a Premier League Football team to offer international students the chance to study and play football led by coaches at the highest level.This role offers the unique chance to promote elite, professional-standard football training alongside a top-tier UK A-level education.The RoleYou will be responsible for travelling around the globe to attract sudents to this world class and very exciting opportunity to study in the UK and play football guided by a premier league football programme. You will be the primary point of contact for families who express an interest.Key Responsibilities:Global Outreach: Represent the partnership at international education fairs and recruitment events.Sales Pipeline: Manage the full recruitment cycle from the initial inquiry to application and final enrollment.Partner Management: Build a network of international sports agents and educational consultants.Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Director of Admissions on lead quality and conversion metrics.Who You AreProven Track Record: You have experience in consultative education sales or education recruitment with measurable success.Global Mindset: You are comfortable navigating different cultures and ideally speak a second language like Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic.Academic Literacy: You have a basic understanding of (or a willingness to learn) the UK independent boarding sector and A-level curriculum.Travel Ready: You are excited by the prospect of significant international travel, including weekends during peak seasons.Why Join Us?Incentivised Success: Receive a competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus for every new student admission.Global Brands: Represent two globally recognised programs at the top of their fields.Career Growth: Help families navigate a high-value route to success in both professional sport and higher education.Please note the salary is £30k + commission and involves international travel and travel between London and Folkestone in Kent.
