Being a Front of House Supervisor means leading the charge in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You'll guide the front‐of‐house team with confidence, ensuring the perfect blend of top‐notch hospitality, seamless operations, and an atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back for more. Your passion for hospitality, sharp problem‐solving skills, and ability to inspire your team will create the vibrant, seamless service that we are known for.

What You'll Do:

Lead with Enthusiasm: Motivate and manage the front‐of‐house team, setting the standard for outstanding service and positive energy.

Collaborate with the Team: Work hand‐in‐hand with the kitchen, bar, and management to ensure seamless communication and service.

Keep Things Flowing: Oversee the restaurant and bar area to maintain smooth service, solve any hiccups swiftly, and keep the good vibes rolling from open to close.

Experience Expert: Step in to greet guests, handle inquiries, and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued, creating an environment where memories are made.

Train & Mentor: Help new team members get up to speed and coach existing team to hone their skills, building a strong, cohesive team.

You've led a team in a similar role and thrive in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment where no two days are the same.

You have a natural love for making people feel welcome and enjoy going above and beyond to create standout experiences.

You're clear, confident, and know how to keep communication flowing between team members and guests.

Quick on your feet and calm under pressure, you can think on the fly to resolve issues while maintaining a positive guest experience.

A collaborative leader who knows how to motivate and bring out the best in the team, creating a supportive and fun work environment.

From the way tables are set to how guests are greeted, you notice the little things that make a big difference.

Able to pivot when plans change, maintain composure, and keep the team on track.
