Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, International Fulfillment owns the end-to-end performance of international fulfillment operations, ensuring operational excellence across D2C and B2B channels. This role moves beyond day-to-day warehouse management into strategic leadership—driving scalable processes, KPI excellence, cross-functional alignment, and long-term network optimization.
The Senior Manager builds high-performing teams, develops future leaders, and ensures fulfillment operations are commercially aligned, data-driven, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Fulfillment Leadership
Own fulfillment performance across all EMEA warehouse operations
Define and execute a 12–24 month fulfillment roadmap aligned with company growth strategy
Lead capacity planning, peak readiness strategy, and network scalability initiatives
Partner with Logistics and Supply Chain leadership to optimize end-to-end flow from production to customer
2. KPI Ownership & Performance Management
Establish and own a robust KPI framework (OTIF, order accuracy, dispatch speed, inventory accuracy, cost per order, returns cycle time)
Drive data‐led decision making and implement corrective action plans when performance gaps arise
Lead monthly business reviews with warehouse teams and 3PL partners
Translate operational metrics into executive‐ready reporting
Lead, coach, and develop Fulfillment Managers and operational teams
Drive engagement initiatives to improve team eNPS and retention
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
4. Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve customer experience
Standardize SOPs across sites to ensure scalable and repeatable processes
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and data insights.
5. Inventory & Returns Governance
Ensure accurate inventory management with real‐time visibility and strong controls
Oversee cycle count programs and annual stock audits
Optimize returns processes to balance operational efficiency with customer satisfaction
6. Cross‐Functional & Commercial Alignment
Partner closely with Logistics, E-commerce, Customer Service, Finance, and Sales to align operational execution with business priorities
Support product launches, peak events, and commercial campaigns with structured fulfillment readiness plans
Provide fulfillment expertise in strategic initiatives (e.g., system migrations, new 3PL selection, network changes)
What We're Looking For
6+ years experience in fulfillment, warehouse management, or supply chain operations
Proven experience managing multi‐site or 3PL warehouse environments
Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and WMS expertise
Demonstrated success improving KPIs and reducing operational costs
Experience leading leaders (not just individual contributors)
Ability to operate both strategically and hands‐on when required
Comfortable presenting operational performance at senior leadership level
The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.
