Wherever we are, we do more than serve. We bring places to life through food, service and creativity and we're looking for a Front Of House Manager to join us to help mobilise a brand new contract with prestigious Ridgeview Wine Estate.

Location: East Sussex, BN6 8TP

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7, 9am to 5pm, flexibility required, free onsite parking

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly

Managing a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported

Being a responsible key holder

Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary

Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines

Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels

Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times

Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards

Complying with Health & Safety regulations
