You will:Act as the first point of contact for public enquiries, ensuring all communication is handled promptly,tactfullyand professionally.Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing files within SharePoint, coordinating meetings, preparingagendasand takingaccurateminutes.Support financial administration processes, including raising purchase orders, acting asrequisitionerandmaintainingmonitoring spreadsheets (including SEND budgets).Assistwith marketingandoutreach activities, including supporting events,conferencesand publication materials.Contribute to small project management and research activities to support service development.Build strong working relationships with colleagues,membersand external partners tomaintainand enhance the City's reputation for excellence.This part-time role (21 hours per week) offers flexible working patterns across Monday to Friday.
