LSA - Primary Schools Across South Wales (Including SNRB Provision)Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a new challenge in a supportive, thriving primary school?
Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of children, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) or pupils in a Special Needs Resource Base (SNRB)?
Aspire People are recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in primary schools across South Wales, including Newport, Cardiff, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr, Caerphilly, Blaenau Gwent, Torfaen, Monmouthshire, and the Heads of the Valleys. You will support pupils in Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6), help them access the curriculum, and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive school environment.
The Role
Work across different year groups as needed
Deliver interactive sessions that engage and inspire pupils
Support pupils with ALN or those in SNRB provision
Mark work and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate closely with teachers and other staff members
Contribute to the school's positive and inclusive ethos
Requirements
Experience working in Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6)
Confident and knowledgeable with the curriculum
Experience supporting pupils with ALN or in SNRB provision
Team player with strong communication and collaboration skillsPassion for helping pupils reach their full potential
