Key Responsibilities

Manage front-desk operations and welcome patients professionally

Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and online enquiries promptly

Book, amend and manage appointment diaries efficiently

Support conversion of enquiries into booked appointments

Process payments and complete end-of-day reconciliation

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure GDPR compliance

Coordinate with dentists and nurses to ensure smooth daily workflow

Handle patient queries and follow-ups professionally

Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming reception area

Support diary optimisation and clinic performance

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in dental reception or similar front-facing role

Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills

Comfortable discussing fees and appointment availability

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Calm and professional under pressure

Commercially aware while remaining patient-focused

Confident using dental software and computer systems

Professional appearance and positive attitude

RequirementsEssential Requirements

Right to work in the UK

Excellent spoken and written English

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Confident using computer systems and digital platforms

Professional and confident telephone manner

Reliable, punctual and well-presented

Able to work full-time Monday to Friday & Weekends with mutual agreement
