We are The Salad Project, London's answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened the doors to our first store in the summer of 2021.Today, we are a twelve store operation, expanding across London.

Role | FOH Supervisor

40 - 45 hours per week

To work under our store managers

To lead one service a day

To help manage our team members

To implement & improve service processes

To monitor & implement hygiene best practices

To help maintain our 5* hygiene rating

Ability to steady the ship and prevent issues before they happen

Leadership and communication skills

Positive energy and dedication to the team

Strong ability to maintain a clean and hygienic environment

Ensure service levels are maintained to the standards we expect

Strong organisational skills

Respectful and conscious when it comes to punctuality and scheduling

Experience Requirements | 1 Year

Ideally, you will have 1 years' experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment within the hospitality industry

Compensation | £14 per hour

30 days holiday package (including bank holidays)
