Due to an increased workload, we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Recruitment Team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. Your role will predominantly support our Senior Recruiters with their busy workloads, by taking ownership of part of the recruitment life-cycle.You'll use your recruitment experience to ensure applicants have the best possible experience, whilst also managing and supporting the recruitment process, and guiding our Hiring Managers.We're able to offer a flexible approach to hybrid working, but you must be able to visit the office as and when the job requires. You should also be able to start immediately or within a few weeks.What you'll be doingThis role will focus on supporting our early careers and mid-level roles. We've listed below the types of things you can expect to do during your 6-month contract.Review and assess CVs against role requirements, following briefings from Senior Recruiters on hiring manager expectationsMake informed decisions on whether candidates should progress or be rejected at application stageEnsure a fair, consistent, and inclusive approach to CV screeningAttend internal briefing meetings prior to candidate interviewsProvide feedback and requirements to Senior Recruiters to support effective interview scheduling and deliveryManage rejection communications for candidates who have completed a first-stage interview but are not progressingAct as a point of contact for candidates during early recruitment stages, responding to queries professionally and promptlyHandle early-stage recruitment queries from internal stakeholders (e.g. Hiring managers)Provide clear, accurate guidance on recruitment processes and timelinesEscalate complex issues appropriately to Senior RecruitersManage candidate records accurately within the ATSEnsure recruitment activity is compliant with internal processes and data protection requirementsAbout youWe're looking for someone with the following skills for experience:Experience within in-house recruitmentExperience recruiting for early careers and/or technical (STEM) rolesConfidence in CV screening and early-stage decision makingComfortable managing multiple stakeholders and prioritiesExperience using Greenhouse ATS (or similar applicant tracking systems)Prior experience working closely with hiring managers and interview panels
