Driver Hire Southampton are currently recruiting for experienced Class 2 Multidrop drivers to join our client in deliveries of palletised goods.

In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.About this Class 2 position:AD HOC ongoing work (Monday to Friday)Multidrop deliveries across the South Coast areaDeliveries made to residential and commercial areaStart time 7:00am (10-12 hour day)Dealing with paperwork and/ or handheld deviceLoading and unloading of vehicleDeliveries of palletised goods on a Class 2 curtain siderUse tail lift and pump truck to unload vehicleRequirements from you as a Class 2 Delivery Driver:Full UK Class 2 Driving licenceValid CPC and Digi Tacho cardA minimum of 12 months experience driving Class 2 vehiclesPrevious multidrop experience is beneficialGreat time keeping and communication skillsPrevious strapping experience is beneficialFollow the companies health and safety, policies and proceduresComplete daily vehicle checks to ensure vehicle is safe to driveProvide high levels of customer serviceOwn transport to commute to and from workBenefits for a Class 2 Driver working with Driver Hire Southampton:Weekly payPAYE or PAYE Advanced payment methodsOnsite parkingCPC and licence upgrading with Driver Hire TrainingConsistent communication with our dedicated in-house teamTraining provided by our clientGenerous referral scheme24/7 supportDriver Hire Southampton is an agency which provides staff cover to a range of companies within the Southampton and Winchester area.
