This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team.We offer a wide range of private & NHS dental treatments to our patients from WGC and the surrounding areas. This opportunity is to join a highly supportive team who are all committed to delivering a fantastic patient journey, under the guidance of partner, Dr. Sripal Kumar. We are located in Welwyn Garden City, directly across from WGC train station.Hours Monday 8:30am‐5:30pmTuesday 8:30am‐6pmWednesday 8:30am‐6pmThursday 8:30am‐6pmFriday 8am‐5pmOccasional Saturday 8:30am‐2:30pmKey Responsibilities Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiencyAnswer the telephone and deal with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mileSchedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively manage the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, DentallyCollect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policyEnsure compliance with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPRSkills, Knowledge and Experience Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practiceIf no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator roleDentally software experience is preferred but not essentialEnsuring CQC requirements are met at all timesExperience in providing exceptional patient care/customer serviceBenefits Highly competitive hourly rate of £12.80 is on offer, varying depending on experience & qualificationsRegular team social events to show our appreciation - we have fantastic rating of 4.7/5 on Indeed reviewsOpportunities for development & progression within a rapidly growing business; if you're wanting to progress into senior roles we're the perfect company for thisCompany wide all-expensed Christmas Party & Awards NightFull training for all colleagues on new systems to ensure you'll hit the ground running in delivering a great patient experienceCompany training events, lunch & learns, additional courses
