What You'll Be DoingLeading, coaching, and supporting our brilliant housekeeping team

Being a visible, positive role model who champions excellent practice

Making sure every corner of our village is clean, hygienic and comfortable

Creating a warm, supportive environment that reflects Belong's values

Allocating daily cleaning and laundry tasks to maintain exceptional standards

Your Key Responsibilities

Carry out audits and routine checks to keep our communal spaces welcoming

Ensure cleaning products and equipment are stored and used safely

Manage stock levels and ordering of supplies

Build strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, families and visitors

Plan staff rotas to ensure we have the right people in the right place at the right time

Support recruitment and induction of new team members

Work with the village management team to resolve any cleaning concerns or customer feedback

Involve customers in domestic tasks where appropriate, supporting their independence

Keep furniture and equipment clean and well‐maintained, reporting issues promptly

Ensure a high‐quality laundry service and return items to the correct areas

Work flexibly to support 7‐day housekeeping cover, including sickness and holiday cover

Follow infection prevention and control procedures, including delivering training

Report safeguarding concerns immediately to senior colleagues
