Job DescriptionOur client is a busy Architects Practice and they are seeking a motivated and experienced Business and Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be a pro-active professional who is confident working independently whilst supporting colleagues; with proficiency in financial software (XERO) and Excel.

Duties include: Book-keeping - including processing purchase orders, invoices, bills and employee expenses to XERO, bank reconciliations and debtor chasingMonthly payroll (BrightPay), NEST pension reporting and reconciliations to HMRCQuarterly VAT return preparation and submissionProviding accurate and timely project financials and month end reports to DirectorsManaging certain IT tasks, with the support of the company IT consultant, including new starter on-boardingAssisting with updates to the company website and social mediaThis is a part time role (20 hours across the week) and based in Leamington Spa (though some hybrid working may be considered for the right candidate. The role will require some flexible overtime at certain times, in order to meet business needs.

£35 - 40k FTE DOE (reviewed after c 6 months)

25 days holiday (FTE) plus bank holidays.
