Job DescriptionAre you looking for a role where you can build experience, meet new people, and work in a stunning location? We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team at the Fairmont St Andrews retail shop.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide outstanding customer service to guests and visitors

Help with in‐store promotions to drive sales

Keep the shop clean, well‐stocked and beautifully presented

Share product knowledge and recommend gifts and items to customers

Handle payments, bookings and support daily shop operations

Follow all procedures related to Health & Safety, security, and customer service

Support the Retail Manager with varied tasks as needed

Qualifications

Approachable, positive and reliable

Confident communicating with guests

Willing to learn and follow instructions

Able to work evenings, weekends and during school holidays
