Pay: £13.00–£15.00 per hour (depending on experience/qualifications) Plus weekend enhancements, 32p per mile paid mileage and £5.00 travel time per hour

Up to £7,000 Loyalty Programme

Location: Andover and surrounding areas

Hours: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent (Flexible shifts available)

Your RoleAs a Care Assistant, you will support people to live safely, independently, and comfortably in their own homes. You will provide care that is respectful, personal, and meaningful.

Personal care delivered with dignity and respect

Mobility support

Meal preparation

Medication assistance

Light housekeeping

Companionship and emotional support

Transporting clients to appointments and social activities

Accurate care documentation and reporting

This is a female-only role due to personal care needs and preferences of our female clients, in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

Naturally caring, patient and compassionate

Friendly, reliable and able to work independently

Full UK driving licence essential

Experience in care is welcome but not essential

Willing to complete background checks

Full training will be provided.
