This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, building strong relationships and working in a collaborative environment.In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers and partners, providing high-quality support while working closely with internal teams to ensure queries, orders and requests are handled efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and messaging platformsDeliver a high standard of customer service and ensure queries are resolved in a timely mannerProcess and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate information and timely deliveryHandle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in line with agreed service levelsMaintain accurate records and track cases using internal systemsWork closely with internal teams to resolve operational or delivery issuesMaintain regular communication with customers and gather feedback where appropriateSupport the onboarding of new customers and assist with account set-up processesAssist with special order requests and general administrative tasksProvide occasional support during busy periods, meetings or eventsSkills & ExperienceFluent French (spoken xbpsjku and written)Previous experience in a professional customer service roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly and professional telephone mannerStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloadConfident using IT systems and Microsoft OfficeThis is a great opportunity to join a supportive organisation where you can contribute to delivering excellent customer service while developing your career within a collaborative team environment.
