If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.I am currently recruiting class 2 drivers for my client in Belfast.Monday to Friday42.5 hours per week7.30am to 5.00pmEarly starts, occasional overtime and weekend work may be requiredOutdoor work in varying weather conditionsThe role will involve:Driving & OperationsOperate an HGV Class 2 vehicle to complete daily waste collections, including commercial, industrial, and environmental waste streams.Ensure safe loading, transportation and tipping of waste materials.Complete daily route sheets, delivery notes and digital records accurately.Report vehicle defects immediately and maintain vehicle cleanliness. XbpsjkuSort and segregate waste as necessary to comply with recycling and disposal regulations.EssentialValid HGV Class 2 licenseValid CPC cardDigital Tachograph cardExperience in driving large goods vehiclesDesirablePrevious experience in waste management, recycling, drainage, tanker operations or environmental servicesADR certification (Packages or Tankers)Ability to operate lifting equipment, bin lifts, suction/vacuum tankers, or other specialist vehicles (training can be provided)
