Job OverviewSales personnel are a critical point of contact between potential customers and our business. This role is a combined sales operation / sales analyst role to maximise data availability for meaningful analytics to assist strategic decision making. It will also include monitoring and spotting competitive threats and prospecting for new customers based on industry analysis.

Job Responsibilities

Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.

Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.

Uses SFDC (Sales Force.com) to provide information on new accounts by answering telephone and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information.

Develops accounts by checking customers' buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.

Maintains communication with EMEA medium to small Geo accounts and reports and tracks any problems from the customer or threats to the account.

Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.

Generates revenue by understanding and interpreting customer requirements, providing technical information to the ATX/AX, and developing leads in new accounts.

Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Qualifications

Currently studying BA/BS University degree with a concentration in business studies, marketing, management, advertising sales, or business administration.

Self-motivating

Building relationships and people skills

Data entry and analytical interpretation skills

Customer focus

Professionalism and willingness to learn new skills

Motivation for sales environment and generating new customer leads
