This internship offers meaningful, hands‐on experience within a fast‐moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment, where data, collaboration and continuous improvement drive customer excellence.You will be treated as an integral member of the Customer Operations team, contributing to real business priorities while gaining insight into how Order to Cash processes, performance metrics and automation initiatives support wider commercial strategy.Main Responsibilities: As a Customer Analyst Intern, you will support a range of analytical and process improvement activities, including:Conducting reviews of the end‐to‐end Order to Cash (O2C) process to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities to reduce cost‐to‐serve while improving service performance.Monitoring key performance indicators (including OTIF and Minimum Order Value performance), analysing trends and supporting the development of actionable recommendations.Enhancing reporting processes by leveraging Excel, Power BI and automation tools to improve data accuracy, visibility and efficiency.Supporting AI and automation initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks and improve customer service operations.You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance, as well as external partners such as 3PL providers, to support improved collaboration and operational effectiveness.This role offers practical exposure to customer operations, performance analytics, process optimisation and digital transformation within a dynamic FMCG environment.About You: We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, analytically curious, and eager to contribute within a collaborative and fast‐paced team environment.You may be currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree‐level qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Data Analytics or a related discipline. Equivalent experience or alternative academic backgrounds with strong analytical capability are also welcomed.To succeed in this role, you will bring:Strong analytical and problem‐solving skillsConfidence working with data, including advanced Microsoft Excel skillsA proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and KPI performanceGood organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesEffective communication and collaboration skillsAn interest in supply chain operations and customer service excellenceExperience or awareness of Power BI, automation tools or AI‐driven platforms would be beneficial but is not essential.
