N Job description n The role n CBCity is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Officers - Leisure & Aquatic Services to join our team on a casual basis. N In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our community, delivering a high-quality customer experience across our aquatic centres. You will support front desk operations, manage enquiries, assist with bookings and memberships, and contribute to a welcoming and safe environment for all patrons. N Duties will include but not be limited to: n - Provide a high level of customer service in line with the Aquatics Customer Service Charter - Process cash transactions and reconcile daily takings accurately - Respond to customer enquiries, feedback and bookings in a professional manner - Maintain reception and kiosk areas to a clean, secure and organised standard - Perform data entry, record keeping and administrative tasks - Support kiosk operations including food handling and stock control - Promote and sell memberships, programs and services - Maintain accurate booking systems and update promotional materials - Perform opening and closing duties as required - Participate in training and ensure compliance with Council policies and procedures For a full list of duties, click HERE to review the position description. N You will have n - Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills across face-to-face, phone and written interactions - Cash handling and point of sale experience - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organisational and administrative skills - Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including early mornings, evenings and weekends n Essential requirements include: n - Current First Aid and CPR certificates - Working with Children Check - Current Food Handling Certificate The hourly rate for this opportunity commences at $31.38 Grade B, Step 1 plus casual loading and 12% super.
