Senior Designer — Contemporary Luxury Womenswear BrandLondon Office based.

Fella & Jones is proud to be partnering with a globally recognised contemporary luxury womenswear brand in the search for an exceptional Designer or Senior Designer to join their Head Office in London.

Reporting directly to the Head Of Design, this role offers the opportunity to be deeply involved in the conceptualisation and development of sophisticated, modern collections that define the brand's refined aesthetic. You will play a pivotal role in creating elegant, high-quality pieces that speak to a discerning international audience.

As a key member of the design team, you will:

Design across dresses and separates in both woven and jersey fabrics, with a refined eye for silhouette and proportion.

Have a strong command of luxury materials, fabric sourcing, trims, embroidery, finishing techniques, and artisanal detailing.

Research seasonal themes, global fashion trends, fabric innovations, and colour direction — with regular attendance at key international fabric fairs.

Develop and present compelling design stories and mood boards that reflect the brand's modern and feminine identity.

Own the process from initial concept to technical execution, including sketching, tech packs, fittings, and collaboration with product development teams.

Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.

Possess strong garment construction knowledge, and experience working on premium or luxury-level product.

Experience working within a luxury or contemporary womenswear brand is essential.

You bring a deep understanding of elevated design, with a portfolio that reflects innovation, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.

You are passionate about craftsmanship and have a global, forward-thinking design perspective.
