The Role: What You'll Be DoingAs a Sales Consultant, you will play a central role in driving revenue growth across the RM Postcode area.

Your responsibilities will include:

Proactively building relationships with new and existing clients through calls, meetings, and presentations

Identifying new business opportunities within the transport and logistics sector

Understanding client workforce challenges and delivering tailored recruitment solutions

Marketing vacancies creatively to attract quality HGV drivers and warehouse staff

Coordinating bookings and assignments to ensure smooth service delivery

Managing queries professionally and maintaining exceptional client and candidate experience

This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales role suited to someone who thrives on targets, ownership, and measurable results.

What We're Looking ForRecruitment experience is not essential. We are looking for attitude, resilience, and ambition.

You will succeed in this role if you have:

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone

A proactive and organised approach

A positive, coachable mindset

A competitive edge and drive to achieve targets

The ability to build rapport quickly and professionally

Sales experience, telesales, customer service, or account management experience would be advantageous - but not required.
