CompensationUK notional hourly rate: £12.71 per hour (increasing to £13.10 per hour from 1st April 2026).

Position DetailsPart-time – 20 hours per week, fixed-term contract, located at B&Q Worcester.

What's the job?Join our team to help keep the store stocked with the items our customers need, along with products that spark new possibilities. Efficiency and safety are vital, especially if you gain your forklift licence with us. You'll also have the opportunity to explore new solutions and make decisions that help grow our business together.

What We NeedA great communicator who can think clearly and make sound plans no matter how busy things get. You're an organised and analytical thinker, keep things simple, and know how to work as a team—supporting your colleagues and working through what needs to be done together. You'll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working, and you're flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
