This is Where You Can.The Role: Customer Advisor We're looking for Customer Advisors to join our lively and dynamic Customer Loyalty team.In this role, you'll speak with existing customers, helping them make informed decisions about their insurance. This could include discussing renewals, adjusting cover, or resolving queries, always focusing on delivering a great customer experience.If you've worked in customer-facing roles before (such as retail, hospitality, contact centres, or office environments), you'll already have many of the skills needed to succeed. Don't worry if you're new to insurance, we'll equip you with all the training and tools to make you confident in delivering great service quickly!What You'll Be Doing Handling inbound calls from existing customersSupporting customers with renewals, policy changes, and queriesUsing your judgement to find the best outcome for each customerDelivering a high-quality, compliant serviceWorking towards achievable targets with performance incentivesBeing part of a supportive and collaborative teamWhy Join Our Customer Loyalty Team?
