Position OverviewOur Account Managers in the Apprenticeship Team drive client relationships, activity, and fee generation via apprenticeship (100%) starts. Supported by our marketing and apprenticeship resourcing functions, you will manage the start to end recruitment & sales process, creating new business opportunities by business development means and managing existing client relationships.
Some of your tasks will include intelligent marketing, face‐to‐face meetings and business development telephone calling. You will always promote the Leep Talent range of products and services ensuring you find the right answers and creating sustainable business opportunities for our clients – not selling a solution that doesn't fit.
Responsibilities
Support the Leep Talent's mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives
Implement Leep Talent's Equality and Diversity policies
Take responsibility for one's own professional development and participate in relevant internal and external activities
Implement the Leep Talent's health and safety policies and practices
Contribute to Leep Talent's commitment to continuous improvement as identified in JITs quality assurance systems
Be committed to Leep Talent's safeguarding procedures and give high priority to safeguarding of learners
Achieve set activity & billing targets while also delivering on agreed objectives
Increase revenues for each existing account through up‐selling – expanding the scope of programmes delivered to existing contacts and business areas as well as new business units to create growth in a full suite of pathway delivery
Manage client relationships to the highest standard
Create Account Plans for the top 10 "spending" clients
Generate new leads and build your network within your accounts
Business development: using email, phone and LinkedIn messaging
Win new clients in designated new business sector
Cross‐sell group product lines and effectively cross‐sell all aspects of Leep Talent
Be a brand champion for Leep Talent
Evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations
Ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed
Deliver sales training
Prepare new business tenders and pitches
Effective forecasting and pipeline management
Support Senior Management with agreed duties
Maintain all relevant management information on our CRM – quality data makes us successful
