Trainee Sales Account Executive – London£33,000–£35,000 base salary + uncapped commission

The RoleAs a Trainee Sales Account Executive, you'll learn how to manage the full early-stage sales process — from identifying potential customers to handling conversations that uncover business needs.

This is a people-focused role. You'll be speaking with prospects, understanding their challenges, and positioning solutions that genuinely add value. You'll work closely with senior team members, gaining direct insight into how successful Account Executives operate.

What You'll Be Doing

Researching and identifying potential clients across a mix of industries

Initiating conversations with key decision-makers

Contributing to account-building activities and nurturing early relationships

Learning consultative sales techniques and becoming confident with sales platforms and tools
