What You'll Be Doing
Advising on a broad mix of tax matters across corporate, finance, real estate and other commercial practice areas
Drafting and interpreting technical legislation and complex documentation, delivering clear, commercially focused advice
Managing matters in an organised, proactive manner while collaborating effectively with clients, counterparts and internal teams
Building and nurturing client relationships, with opportunities to develop your own network
Contributing to business development initiatives and thought leadership
Staying engaged with industry and legal developments, and sharing insights with colleagues and clients
What We're Looking For
A mid‐level associate with 2-5 years' post‐qualification experience in tax, ideally gained within an international legal environment
Strong technical ability, excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex legal principles into practical solutions
A collaborative approach and strong communication skills
A genuine enthusiasm for tax law and an interest in emerging trends and developments
Commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
