This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR experience who is ready to take the next step, broaden their business partnering skills, and contribute to meaningful HR projects that shape the employee experience across the College.
As a Junior People Services Business Partner, you'll work closely with the People Services Business Partner and the People Services Manager, supporting both curriculum and business support areas. You'll play a key role in delivering the College's People Agenda and supporting managers in achieving their goals through effective people practices.
You'll get hands‐on experience across the full HR lifecycle—from employee relations and family‐friendly processes, to HR data analysis, people development cycles, and leading or contributing to improvement projects.
This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to develop business partnering experience in a collaborative environment.
