We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our growing team in Yate. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

What you'll be doing...

Providing personal care including washing, dressing and toileting assistance

Supporting with medication prompts and administration

Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with eating and drinking

Providing companionship and emotional support

Light housekeeping and laundry duties

Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities

Monitoring and reporting changes in client health or wellbeing

Maintaining accurate care records and documentation

Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
