Established in 2008, we work directly with schools and operate strictly within official visa regulations. We provide full visa sponsorship and guide teachers step-by-step — from interview and contract stage through to arrival and settling in.

Public school positions follow an August academic intake. Language school roles are available throughout the year.

RequirementsGraduate / Entry-Level Roles

Bachelor's degree (required for Chinese work visa eligibility)

Clean criminal background check

Ability to commit to a 12-month contract

A 120-hour TEFL certificate can be completed during the visa preparation period if not already obtained.

Experienced Roles

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 2 years full-time classroom teaching experience

Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE / QTS / State License preferred)

CELTA / DELTA accepted for English specialist roles

No Chinese language skills required. Applicants must meet Chinese work visa eligibility requirements.
