Junior Designer - BelierAbout BelierBelier is a UK-based global lifestyle fashion brand rooted in travel, culture, and modern luxury. We create elevated, wearable pieces designed for year-round living — from city to coast. With strong growth across the UK, Dubai, the US, Australia, and mainland Europe, we are expanding our product offering, including womenswear.

The RoleWe are looking for a Junior Designer to support the Head of Design across all aspects of the design and development process. Reporting directly to the Head of Design, this is a hands‐on, full‐process role with exposure from concept through to final product.

Key Responsibilities

Support design and development of collections and product drops

Create design concepts and research inspiration

Develop graphics, prints, and visual assets

Assist with tech packs, garment measurements, and fit adjustments

Support sampling, fittings, and product refinement

Work closely with manufacturers to ensure product accuracy

Be involved across the full product lifecycle

Experience

Experience in a fashion design role or internship

Exposure to garment development and tech packs

Menswear experience preferred (womenswear a bonus)

Skills & Attributes

Strong understanding of garment construction and fit

Confident using Adobe Creative Suite

Strong eye for design and detail

Ability to create graphics and visual elements

Hands‐on, organised, and eager to learn
