Your role @CHANEL:As a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant, you are the ultimate CHANEL ambassador and you will play a key role in our mission, embodying our values and DNA.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

Build long lasting client relationships through a tailored, memorable experience both in-store and through digital channels

Share passion and knowledge in fragrance, makeup, and skincare with confidence through storytelling

Deliver expert personalised consultations that captivate and educate clients

Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and grow client portfolio

Help achieve individual and counter sales targets & KPIs

What you will bring to the role:

Experience in a client-facing retail environment

A passion for client experience

Ability to quickly build rapport and create meaningful client connections

A collaborative and team-first mindset
