Job description

A student services organization in Cardiff is seeking an individual to handle student and customer enquiries via email and telephone. The role requires excellent communication skills, experience with customer service, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. This position entails assisting with University Open Days and participating in customer care initiatives.
