Part-Time HR Administrator

Job description

Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 pro rata based on the hours

Hours: 20-25 hours per week (Spread over 5 days per week or longer days)

Location: Tunbridge Wells

This is a fantastic new position that has become available. An exciting opportunity! Working for a local, well established and progressive business.

You will have proven HR experience (CIPD qualification ideal but not essential). You will be required to work 20-25 hours per week, this can be spread over 5 days per week 4/5 hours per day or 3 or 4 full days.

You will be responsible for some of the following duties:

Arranging bi-annual social events

Updating HR systems with employee information

Prepare offer letters/ employee contracts

Record contract changes, promotions & salary updates

Maintain employee personnel files

Liaise with department managers regarding recruitment needs

Organise new starter onboarding (induction/ paperwork/ training schedules)

Ensure company policies are up to date and compliant

Keep records for disciplinary/ grievance procedures

Supporting managers with documentation for HR cases

Act as first point of contact for basic HR queries such as holiday, entitlement, policies

Maintain return-to-work records

Absence/ leave management
