About The RoleAs a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive high‐quality care and support. You will assist with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing memorable moments. Your role will be varied and rewarding, including tasks such as supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and enabling one‐to‐one time for each resident.
