Job summaryJoin our EMEA syndicate team as an intern, where you will assist the desk in all administrative tasks from deal execution to bond settlement. This role is ideal for someone with a background in syndicate functions or Sales/Trading/DCM origination. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical prowess and practical experience in financial markets, ensuring they can meet the demands of this dynamic role.
Responsibilities
Involved in the Bookbuilding process, particularly in charge of the e-book and order reconciliations
Execute hedging operations, mainly EGB and swaps, on behalf of Syndicate Managers
Handle ticketing and P&L calculation
Maintain the EU Syndicate blotter up to date
Reconcile EU Syndicate blotter and digital scorecard
Follow up on back office requests regarding fee settlement
Ensure all syndicate administrative tasks are completed for each deal, including fee booking, daily PnL reporting, and communication with the Middle Office
